Watermelon Seeds

Watermelon seeds are edible but often discarded with the rinds as waste. It contains high fat content (40%–50%) which are primarily polyunsaturated fatty acids, followed by protein (18%–30%), carbohydrates (10%–18%), with trace amounts of ashes and fibers.
